Proven. Flexible. Exact.
The versatile road-rail milling truck

Thanks to its suitability for the road, the SF02 W-FS road-rail milling truck manufactured by Linsinger is an extremely flexible vehicle. Its ingenious road-rail functionality greatly simplifies the logistics and makes the truck the ideal solution for small construction projects and tram networks. The SF02 W-FS can machine the rail's entire profile in only a single pass. The integrated grinding technology also fine-grinds the rail and in so doing further extends the rail's service life. The truck is also environmentally-friendly thanks to the minimal dust and sparks produced.

Top-Features

Highlights

Features

  • Machines tracks and turnouts
  • Removes mill-scale from new rails
  • Preventive maintenance and repair
  • Removes cross profile and longitudinal profile rail head defects
  • Reduces noise emissions and wear
  • Reduces noise emissions in sensitive areas
  • Track gauge correction
  • Rail profile modification
  • Ideally suited for small construction projects and tram networks

Advantages

  • Transport truck and machine in one
  • Transfer via road or rail
  • Highly flexible
  • Maximum mobility
  • Simple on-railing and off-railing
  • Not necessary to remove trackside switching equipment
  • No set-up time required
  • Wheel gauge can be changed at any time

Clean process

This milling technology does not require water and does not produce sparks or dust. The swarf removed from the rails is extracted during the milling process and collected in the chip bunker for later disposal. Clean-up work after the milling process, e.g. along tunnel walls, is therefore not required.
