At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of Vossloh AG elected Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube as its new Chairman following his appointment to the Supervisory Board by the court. He succeeds previous Supervisory Board Chairman Mr. Ulrich M. Harnacke, who returns to his role as Chairman of the Audit Committee effective today.

Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube is known worldwide as a leading manager in the mobility and logistics sector. For over 30 years, he has held top management positions in various areas of mobility, logistics and infrastructure. His roles have included member of the Executive Board of Daimler AG, President of the Board of Directors at EADS (now Airbus Group SE) and, from 2009 to 2017, Chairman of the Executive Board at Deutsche Bahn AG. He currently holds posts including Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG and of Bombardier Transportation Deutschland GmbH.
